Acceptance

By using Nexus Geo-Numerology, and by checking the acknowledgement box when you calculate an archetype, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What this is

Nexus Geo-Numerology is offered as recreational mathematics and self-reflection. It is a deterministic system that maps birth data to a coordinate and a set of poetic meanings. It does not predict the future, does not claim any causal or scientific influence over your life, and is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal, financial, or otherwise. It is entertainment and a tool for reflection.

No accounts, no stored data

There are no accounts. The birth information you enter is used only to compute your result and is not stored by us. You are responsible for the information you choose to enter, and for deciding whether to download or share your own report.

Donations

Everything on the site is free. You may choose to make a voluntary donation by card (processed by Stripe) or in USDC or USDT (sent to a public wallet address). Donations are gifts that support the project. They are not payment for any product or service, grant no additional features or benefits, and are non-refundable. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible; please confirm the network and address before sending. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to a donation in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Please use the service for personal, lawful, non-commercial reflection and curiosity. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse the service for competing commercial use, or misuse it in any way that harms others or the service.

Intellectual property

The Nexus Geo-Numerology system, the names of the archetypes, the written meanings, and the site's design and content are the property of their respective owner and are provided for your personal use. The report you generate about yourself is yours to keep and share for personal purposes.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any meaning or estimate it produces is accurate. Any experimental features (such as Birth Time Restoration) are clearly labeled and are best-effort guesses, not factual claims.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is free and stores no personal data, you use it at your own discretion and risk.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
